These terms govern your use of thelvrggroup.com (the "Site"), operated by The LVRG Group LLC ("LVRG", "we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

 

 

The Site is information, not an engagement

The Site describes our work and our thinking. Nothing on it, including The LVRG Quarterly and our case studies, is legal, financial, investment or other professional advice, and using the Site or contacting us does not create a client relationship. Engagements begin only under a signed agreement, and their terms govern that work.

 

 

Our content

The Site and everything on it, including text, film, photography, design, the LVRG name and wordmark, and other trademarks, belong to LVRG or the people and organizations who licensed them to us. You may view the Site and share links to it. You may not copy, republish, modify or use its content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Case studies describe work with our clients' permission; their names and marks belong to them.

 

 

What you send us

If you send us ideas, materials or feedback through the Site, you confirm you have the right to share them. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, we have no obligation to keep unsolicited ideas confidential or to compensate you for them. Please do not send confidential information until an agreement is in place.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupting it, introducing malicious code, scraping it at scale, or using it to break any law.

 

 

Links to other sites

The Site may link to websites we do not control, such as our project sites and social channels. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

 

 

No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee that it is complete, current or error-free.

 

 

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LVRG is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).

 

 

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Honolulu, Hawaii.
