Privacy Policy

The LVRG Group LLC ("LVRG", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through thelvrggroup.com (the "Site"), why, and the choices you have. It covers the Site only, not the work we do for clients, which is governed by our engagement agreements.

What we collect

What you send us. When you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, organization and your message. When you subscribe to The LVRG Quarterly, we receive your email address.
What your browser sends. Like most websites, the Site automatically receives technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and the referring page. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies described in our Cookie Notice.
We do not knowingly collect payment details, government identifiers or other sensitive information through the Site, and we ask that you do not send it.

How we use it

To reply to your inquiry and, if you ask, to discuss working together.
To send The LVRG Quarterly to subscribers. Every issue includes an unsubscribe link.
To run, secure and improve the Site, and to understand how it is used in aggregate.
To meet legal obligations and protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site and our communications, under contracts that limit their use of it:

Wix.com, which hosts the Site, processes form submissions and sends our newsletter.
Google, which serves the Site's fonts (your browser requests them directly from Google) [and provides Google Analytics, if enabled].

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and maintain a record of our business relationship. We keep newsletter addresses until you unsubscribe. Technical data is kept for the periods set by our providers' standard settings.

Your choices and rights

Unsubscribe from The LVRG Quarterly at any time using the link in any issue.
Cookies: you can manage non-essential cookies through the Site's cookie banner or your browser.
Access, correction and deletion: you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@thelvrggroup.com with the subject line Privacy. We will respond within the time required by applicable law, and we will not treat you differently for making a request.

California residents have the rights above under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, delete and correct personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland: we process your information based on your consent (newsletter, non-essential cookies), our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries and running the Site, and to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. You may also object to or restrict processing, request a copy of your data in a portable format, withdraw consent at any time, and complain to your local data protection authority. Your information is processed in the United States; where required, our providers rely on recognized safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures, and providers with strong security practices, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed; material changes will be noted on this page.
